North Penn Squires Football
The North Penn Squires Flag team traveled to play the Roxborough Eagles on Oct. 4 and continued its winning ways by earning a 32-19 victory.

In addition, Justin Egner, James Mangine, Roman Patrone, Zach Smith, James Bones, Joe Bogle, Luke Cody and Owen Johnston all made flag pulls during this game. In total, the Squires defense pulled a season-high 30 flags in the contest.
The offense also stepped up its game with five touchdowns. Budd scored a pair of touchdowns, while McGee, Egner and Ben Freer also found the end zone. The Squires’ offense was aided by the downfield blocking and strong play of rookies Jayden Stahl and Graham Palumbo. Quinton Laughlin continued his solid play at center.
The Squires Flag team plays Ambler-Whitpain on Wednesday, and then faces Harleysville on Saturday during North Penn’s Homecoming weekend.
