Nate Luscombe wins Phillies Home Run Derby Boys 11/12 Championship
Nate Luscombe, representing Harleysville baseball, claimed first place at the Phillies Home Run Derby Boys 11/12 Championship on Sept. 5 at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia.
Luscombe was awarded his trophy prior to the Phillies game with the Milwaukee Brewers by Philadelphia pitcher Jamie Moyer.

After winning the regionals finals hosted by the Hatfield Little League, Luscombe competed against eight other regional champs from the tri-state area.
A strong 25 point score was posted prior to Luscombe, but he hit six home runs to finish with a 32 points to take the lead. None of the final four competitors could overtake that total and Luscombe became the champion of the Boys 11/12 division.
