St. Rose of Lima wins LC Softball Tournament
The St. Rose of Lima (North Wales) girls varsity softball team won the 2010 Lansdale Catholic Softball Tournament on Saturday, May 8. St. Rose defeated St. Luke's (Glenside) and St. Stanislaus (Lansdale) to reach the final, where it bested Mary, Mother of the Redeemer (North Wales) 8-4. Against MMR, Alyssa Mosser had two home runs, while Olivia Gorman struck out 12 in a complete-game effort.
